How do refunds to my HPE Distributor affect my rewards?

Your Available Rewards will be adjusted as HPE Engage & Grow updates HPE Distributor data. In rare cases involving returns, rebates, or other factors, you may lose points that you have already been issued or that you may have already redeemed.

 

If you have no Awarded or Issued Rewards available, your points balance will become negative. There is no penalty for this, but you must earn enough points to bring your balance to positive before you can redeem any additional points.
