Until you earn the minimum Required Badges, you will not be able to collect rewards.

As you must submit sell-out information within six months of completing a sale in order to earn Available Rewards points, and subsequently for those points to reach Awarded status, you must earn minimum Required Badge badges before the end of this timeframe to ensure your points reach Issued status.
