Why is my order from an HPE Distributor not reflected on the portal or when I try to submit deal information?

HPE Engage & Grow refreshes data from all HPE Distributors on a monthly basis. Allow up to five business days at the beginning of a new month for the portal to reflect the previous month’s data. If after a month the order is not reflected, your transaction may not be eligible to receive points due to an exclusion (see next question).
